About Paula X. Rojas

Chilean-born community organizer, midwife and social justice trainer Paula X. Rojas was licensed as a midwife in 2014. Paula became a doula in 2005, after a traumatic birth experience while on Medicaid. In 2012, Paula co-founded Mama Sana Vibrant Woman. Paula served as Director of Education and Training at MSVW until 2020. Paula currently supports families at MSVW and LAMP as a community midwife while working on a national project linking birthing justice with police and prison abolition work. About Dominique Adeniyi
